Shipping Policy

As a Finnalby Wholesale Seller or Retail Seller (“Seller”), you must adhere to shipping obligations and understand your rights and responsibilities when using Finnalby's shipping label services. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

Shipping Your Items:

Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their sold items. By selling on Finnalby, you agree to provide accurate shipping information, comply with local and international regulations, ship items promptly, and charge an appropriate amount for shipping.

Shipping Labels on Finnalby:

Sellers in the United States who utilize Finnalby Ledger can purchase Shipping Labels on Finnalby. By purchasing and using these labels, you agree to use them only for corresponding Finnalby orders, comply with carrier terms and conditions, and acknowledge Finnalby's role in sharing information with shipping partners and carriers.

Shipping Return Labels:

Sellers who accept returns and ship packages using USPS can purchase USPS shipping return labels on Finnalby for packages purchased by U.S. buyers who are registered Finnalby users.

Shipping Insurance:

When purchasing shipping labels on Finnalby, you can buy parcel insurance to protect your shipments. Insurance is available through Shipsurance for USPS and FedEx shipping labels.

Fees:

The cost of a shipping label depends on various factors such as origin, destination, weight, mail class, package type, and dimensions. Additional fees apply for signature confirmation or insurance. All fees for USPS, other shippers, and shipping insurance will appear separately on your Shipping invoice.

API:

Third parties using Finnalby's API are subject to the API Terms of Service.

In the event an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof of shipping. Finnalby may offer support for Wholesale Sellers or Retail sellers who meet the requirements for the Finnalby Seller Order Protection program.
