If you receive a broken or damaged candle from us, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery and provide your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will either send you a replacement candle or issue you a full refund, depending on your preference. Please note that this policy only applies to broken or damaged candles, and not to candles that have been used or are unsatisfactory for other reasons.
