Setting Up Your Market Policies

To manage your Market's policies on Finnalby.com, follow these steps:

1. Log In to your Market on Finnalby
2. Select the Market Icon
3. Select Edit Market
4. Navigate to Return Policies
5. Type in your Policies (or copy and paste them in)
6. You can also use a tiny url link instead of typing them in the policy box.

Your policies can be organized into different sections: Returns & Exchanges, Cancellations, Privacy, and Fixed.

Returns & Exchanges:

This section allows you to create and edit return and exchange policies for non-digital items on Finnalby. These policies can be applied to individual listings instead of a blanket return policy for your entire market.

All Wholesale and Retail Sellers must set a return policy when editing or creating a new listing for a physical item, even if it states that you don't accept returns or exchanges on that listing.

Cancellations:

All Sellers should set a market-wide cancellation policy to inform Buyers whether or not you accept cancellations after they place an order.

To Edit your policy:

5. Type in your Policies (or copy and paste them in)

Privacy Policy:
