How to Chat with Buyers
Learn how sellers use Finnalby Chat to message buyers: view messages in Orders, send or reply via the menu, and use saved replies or files.
How to Send Messages Through Finnalby Chat
As a Finnalby Wholesale Seller or Retail Seller, the Finnalby Chat feature is the main way you can communicate with your buyers on Finnalby.
To view your messages:
- On Finnalby.com, go to Your account.
- Select the Market icon.
- Select the Orders Icon.
- Select the Order in which you received an email showing you have a message from
How to send a message to a buyer:
On Finnalby.com, go to Your account.
- Select the Market icon.
- Select the Orders Icon.
- Select the Order in which you wish to chat about
- Select the 3 vertical dots
- Select Message Buyer
- Type your message to the buyer
- Select send.
- This will show up in real-time on the buyer’s admin and send the recipient an email they have a message in the Finnalby Chat.
How to reply to a message:
- From the Order Icon
- Select the Order in which you wish to chat about
- Select the 3 vertical dots
- Select the Order in which you want to reply to the buyer for
- Type your response in the text box.
- Select Send.
- This will show up in real-time on the buyer’s admin and send the recipient an email they have a message in the Finnalby Chat.
When you reply to a message in Finnalby Chat, you can use saved replies and attach files.
