How to Chat with Sellers

As a Finnalby Buyer, the Finnalby Chat feature is the main way you can communicate with your sellers on Finnalby.

To view your messages:

1. On Finnalby.com, go to Your account.
2. Select the Person icon on the top right of the screen.
3. Select the Orders Icon.
4. Select the Order in which you received an email showing you have a message from.

How to send a message to a seller prior to ordering:

1. From the product screen, look for the envelope alongside the Market Name.
2. Click the envelope icon and type your message
3. Click Send
4. This will show up in real-time on the seller’s admin and send the recipient an email they have a message in the Finnalby Chat.

OR

1. From the Sellers Market screen, look for the envelope on the right side of the screen
2. Click the envelope icon and type your message
3. Click Send.
4. This will show up in real-time on the seller’s admin and send the recipient an email they have a message in the Finnalby Chat.

How to send a message after ordering:

1. On Finnalby.com, go to Your account.
2. Select the Person icon.
3. Select the Orders Icon.
4. Select the Order in which you wish to chat about
5. Select the 3 vertical dots
6. Select Message Seller
7. Type your message to the Seller
8. Select send.
9. This will show up in real-time on the buyer’s admin and send the recipient an email they have a message in the Finnalby Chat.

How to reply to a message:

1. From the Person Icon
2. Select the Order in which you wish to chat about
3. Select the 3 vertical dots
4. Select the Order in which you want to reply to the Seller about
5. Type your response in the text box.
6. Select Send.
7. This will show up in real-time on the seller’s admin and send the recipient an email they have a message in the Finnalby Chat.
