What if my order doesn’t arrive on time or has a problem?
You can shop confidently with Finnalby's purchase program. For any qualifying orders, get a full refund if your purchase doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
What if I need help finding the right item?
If you need a little help finding the best item, here are a few tips:
- Filter search results by items on sale, shop location, color, and more. Learn more tips for searching on Finnalby.
- Check the shop’s reviews, policies, shipping times, and any badges to help guide your decision.
What if an item is unavailable?
An item can be unavailable if the item is sold out, the seller’s shop is closed or temporarily on vacation, or the seller deactivated the listing.
Check the seller’s shop page for a similar items or contact them directly to see if they can help you. They may have more of the item in stock, or if they’re temporarily away from their shop, they may be back soon.
How to check out on Finnalby
Finnalby offers many ways to pay safely.
- Choose add to cart if you want to purchase more than one listing, apply a coupon code, or add a note to the seller with instructions.
- If you’re giving a gift, select mark order as gift for options such as gift messages, a gift preview email for your recipient, and gift wrapping when available.
- The seller may ask you to enter personalization on a listing. For instance, if you want an item engraved, you might be asked to provide the text in a Personalization field.
