This is a stock photo of 4 scratch and dent American Alligator (Alligator Mississippiensis) heads. The American alligator is classified as CITES Appendix II. Trade of American alligator skins, parts, skulls, etc., is legal inside the 50 US states or US territories. We are a licensed alligator parts dealer and retailer. Every alligator item we sell comes with an individual or bulk lot license card as proof the item was acquired legally.
Our scratch and dent heads have gone through the taxidermy process and are ready for display. The photos are generic photos of some of our scratch and dent heads. We classify any head that’s dented, has a misplaced eye, missing a tooth, suffered from too much overspray or soaked too long and turned a bit brown, as a scratch and dent head. They’re surprisingly popular items for us at various markets. You will receive a mystery lot of 4 random scratch and dent heads of various sizes, ranging anywhere from 5 to 9 inches from snout to back. Occasionally you may receive a bigger head than that, depending on inventory. These are real alligator heads.
We do not offer cancellations on any orders. We are a very busy small business and it wastes our time. If you’re not certain you want an item, don’t purchase it. Thanks.
Our products are not toys and are not intended for children or pets (dogs have been known to eat them). The heads may have sharp teeth, which could cause injury. In purchasing this product you accept all responsibility and acknowledge we are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
We typically ship orders once a week on Mondays. We do not inflate shipping costs or charge a handling fee. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item and the buyer's location. These rates are not set by us. They are set by USPS. We also have no control over how long it takes them to deliver the item to you. Once it's in their hands it's out of ours. All Priority Mail packages come with up to $50 insurance. If tracking shows an item as delivered, but you claim it has not been delivered, we cannot replace it for you. You will need to contact your local post office and or file an insurance claim.

NOTE: All of our alligator products are from legally harvested gators and come with the tag number assigned to them by Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries. They all come from Louisiana alligators harvested either during government-regulated hunts or by licensed farms, which are legally permitted to harvest gators. We maintain, through the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, licenses for conducting business as an alligator parts retailer/dealer.
