Return policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason, for most product, other than sale, clearance, custom and seasonal items. Please contact us within 3 days of item delivery to obtain a return authorization. Item must be shipped back in original condition, unused, and unopened within 7 days of delivery. Only damaged and/or defective items will have postage paid by Gory Dreadful Candle Co, Non-damaged and/or non-defective items will need postage paid by customer, and be deducted via refund balance. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process customer’s refund within 7 business days, at which time, customer will be notified via email. Please contact your credit/debit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit/debit card. Gory Dreadful Candle Co LLC, reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated on this page. If your return package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. Items that appear used or abused upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
