This board is perfectly sized for four small wine glasses (included) and a bottle of wine (not included)

The board is engraved with a wonderful saying about wine.

The holes have a thin layer of black resin to protect the wood and because it looks cool.

Tiger Maple is a great wood for this purpose, very solid and heavy. The grain is deep and draws your eye into the wood. And since there is no stain, you get to see the true wood.

I use a food safe finish which is easy to maintain, but still allows the wood to feel and look like wood.
