Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

Finnalby Members are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, or limitations on items, services, or methods of sale, payment, exchange, shipping, or customs regulations related to transactions. Wholesalers or Retail Sellers who violate this policy may face immediate account suspension or termination, in accordance with our Terms of Service. By registering for an account on Finnalby, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

The following is a partial list of items and services that are not permitted for sale on Finnalby:

  1. Adult content: Explicit materials, nudity without substantial value, or illegal prostitution. For more information see Mature Content Policy.
  2. Animals, animal products, medications, and related items: Household pets, pet and wildlife parts or fluids, endangered species parts, veterinary drugs, and medical devices for pets.
  3. Automotive: Certain motor vehicles, airbags, airbag components, motorcycle helmets not meeting safety standards, seat belts, and seat belt components.
  4. Cosmetics, skin & hair care: Used cosmetics, unoriginal containers, and unlabeled products.
  5. Currency, coins, cash & gift cards: Counterfeit items, imitation money, unauthorized coupons or gift cards, state or federal assistance benefits, and electronically delivered gift cards.
  6. Dietary supplements: certain herbal supplements, nonprescription drugs with false or misleading claims, products subject to regulatory actions, and non-English labeled products.
  7. Digital books and textbooks: Unauthorized digital versions of copyrighted works.
  8. Drugs & drug paraphernalia: Controlled substances, illegal drugs and narcotics, items used to manufacture controlled substances, and certain drug paraphernalia.
  9. Fake, imitation, or knock-off items: Infringing materials, counterfeit stamps and coins, and fraudulent products or services.
  10. Food and Beverage: Alcoholic beverages, liquor licenses, non-packaged food, and unsafe products.
  11. Gambling and lottery items: Lottery tickets, grab bags, raffle tickets, sweepstakes entries, and slot machines.
  12. Hazardous and Dangerous Items: Certain batteries, fireworks, information on explosive devices, laser products, pesticides, hazardous substances, and items violating military disposal policies.
  13. Human parts and burial artifacts: Blood, body parts, fluids, historical grave markers, Native American artifacts, and items removed from federal or state land or battlefield sites.
  14. Illegal and unlawful items: Illegal telecommunications equipment, stolen property, burglary tools, false identification documents, photoblocker sprays, card skimming devices, unauthorized recordings, bulk personal information, hacking devices, and jailbreak products.
  15. Offensive materials: Items promoting hatred, violence, intolerance, or offensive organizations.
  16. Plants and seeds: Restricted or regulated plants, insects, and seeds.
  17. Pre-orders: Listings for items not currently in-stock.
  18. Tobacco or nicotine products and accessories.
  19. Weapons and related items: Firearms, firearm parts, knives, martial arts weapons, hunting equipment, tear gas, mace, pepper spray, stun guns, tasers, and toy firearms without required markings.
  20. Other prohibited items: Subscriptions, wholesale and distributor lists, unauthorized tickets, used bedding and clothing, intellectual property rights violations, and excessively priced items during emergencies or market disruptions.
  21. Products that are upcycled from trademarked items to make new products.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change. It is the responsibility of the Wholesaler or Retail Seller to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to their transactions.
