As a seller on the Finnalby marketplace, you are responsible for ensuring that all products and associated content meet the requirements outlined in this Product Policy. This guideline constitutes a portion of our Terms of Service. When you establish an Account on Finnalby or view any of our site, you are consenting to this policy and our Terms of Service. Finnalby reserves the right to update these guidelines occasionally, so please regularly review for changes.
By participating as a Wholesale Seller, Reseller, or Retail Seller you agree to:
- Comply with these Product Guidelines, Finnalby’s Terms of Service, Finnalby Wholesale Seller Terms of Service, (if you are a Wholesaler) Finnalby Reseller Terms of Service, (if you are a Reseller), Finnalby Retail Seller Terms of Service, (if you are a Retailer) and Finnalby Buyer Terms of Service, (if you are a Buyer).
- Abide by all applicable laws, including safety, labeling, testing, and other consumer protection requirements.
- Not infringe on any third parties' intellectual property, publicity or other rights.
- Provide accurate, not misleading information about your products.
- Ensure your products are legally able to be sold from your jurisdiction and into the buyer's jurisdiction.
- Finnalby is not responsible for determining your compliance with these requirements and assumes no liability regarding them. Your adherence to these requirements is a condition for selling on the Finnalby marketplace.
- Comply with the Prohibited Products Policy.
- Comply with the Pricing Policy.
- Comply with the Photography Policy.
- Comply with the relevant laws, including, but not limited to, packaging and product labeling laws, "Made in America" laws, eco-friendly laws, plastic bag warning labels and laws, California's Prop 65, and California’s Compliance with Metal Containing Jewelry law.
- Brands must inform Finnalby immediately if any products have been recalled, providing necessary details for a swift and effective recall process.
Violation of this Product Policy can result in the deactivation of products, suspension or termination of your account at Finnalby's discretion, without prior notice.
