Image Requirements for Listings

Our platform relies on trust and transparency from our Members. All listing images should depict the actual item. Maximum size of photos is 2MB. Stock photos, renderings or commercial photos are not suggested to be used on Finnalby. By uploading images, you affirm that you possess all necessary rights to those photos and are adhering to our Intellectual Property Policy.

Vintage items and craft supplies

Images of vintage items and craft supplies must feature the actual items for sale, not stock or commercial images. Using your own photos ensures the accurate portrayal of an item's condition, quality, and quantity.

Items Repackaged or Distributed with Third-Party Authorization

If an item is created through repackaging, the listing's photos should showcase the finished product or an image provided by the Creator that accurately represents the item the Buyer will receive. Wholesalers and Retail Sellers must ensure that these images properly depict their finished items and that they have approval for repackaging or distributing the product. These items are not allowed on the Strictly Handmade section.

Handmade items

Listing images should display the finished product you created. Since various handmade techniques yield different outcomes, it is crucial that your images accurately represent the product a buyer will receive. For digital items, mockups may be used as they correctly portray the item.

Customized or made-to-order items

For items that cannot be photographed due to personalization or being made-to-order, please use examples of your comparable past work. This provides buyers with the most accurate representation of their customized items upon completion. Computer-
generated images may be utilized in additional listing images to offer buyers examples of customization options.

When listing personalized or custom-adorned commercial items, such as monogrammed or engraved accessories, the primary image must display an embellished, finished item rather than the unaltered product. Additionally, accurately describe the item for sale in your listing description.
