This policy explains Finnalby Gift Cards, Finnalby Credits, Finnalby Coupons, and Market-Specific Gift Certificates for the Buyer. By purchasing, redeeming, or accepting any of these, you're agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Service.
Purchasing a Finnalby Gift Card
Finnalby Gift Cards can be purchased in designated amounts and are used to make purchases from eligible markets on the platform. They can be purchased directly from Finnalby using a credit or debit card with a valid US billing address. The expiration date is included in the email sent to the recipient. After the expiration date, the recipient can no longer redeem the gift card or use any remaining balance. Learn how to purchase a Finnalby Gift Card. If you need to cancel the purchase of a gift card, contact the Support Team.
Receiving a Finnalby Credit
You may be eligible to receive a Finnalby Credit as part of a rewards program, special offer, promotion, refund, or other payment from Finnalby. It can be used to make purchases from any eligible market on Finnalby.com. You may only receive one Finnalby Credit per special offer or promotion. Finnalby Credits are non-refundable for cash and non-transferrable. They may be subject to additional offer or promotion-specific terms and conditions.
Redeeming a Finnalby Gift Card or Finnalby Credit
You will receive your gift cards and credits by email with a 15 digit code for redemption. Redeem the code by clicking the link in the email (if applicable) or by entering the code on Finnalby.com. Redeeming a gift card or credit will add its value to your account balance, allowing you to pay for orders from any of our participating markets. You must have an existing Finnalby account or register for an account to redeem a gift card or credit. Once redeemed, it cannot be returned for cash value or transferred to another account. Finnalby Credits may have an expiration date depending on the specific terms and conditions of the relevant special offer or promotion.
Using Your Finnalby Gift Card or Finnalby Credit Balance
Gift cards and credits can be applied to eligible purchases from markets accepting Finnalby’s Third Party Payment Provider. At checkout, you can apply your gift card or credit balance to eligible orders. However, you cannot use your balance to pay a Finnalby bill, buy a gift card, or make a purchase from a market that doesn't accept Finnalby’s Third Party Payment Provider.
Receiving an Finnalby Coupon
You may receive a Finnalby Coupon as part of a special offer or promotion. Coupons provide a fixed price or percentage reduction at checkout. Finnalby Coupons are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Market Coupon Codes are separate from Finnalby Coupons and can only be applied to orders from the issuing market.
Redeeming Your Finnalby Coupon
You'll receive a unique code by email to redeem your coupon. To use it, enter the code at checkout before making your purchase. The value of the coupon doesn't get applied to your account balance but instead gets applied at checkout in the participating market. Please Note: You must use the coupon by the specified date, or it will expire.
Accepting an Finnalby Gift Card, Credit, or Coupon Payment
To accept gift cards, credits, and coupons as a payment method, the market must be enrolled in Finnalby’s Third Party Payment Provider.
