Utilizing certain Finnalby Services may result in charges for users. Our Fees & Payments Policy outlines the associated fees, taxes, and payment methods. This is part of the Terms of Service Policy. By accessing our website, you consent to this policy and our Terms of Service.
As a Wholesale Seller or Retail Seller, you might be responsible for several fees when utilizing our platform. Be aware that all fees mentioned exclude any applicable taxes, which are detailed in the Taxes section below. Remember that all Finnalby service fees, including prepaid fees, are non-refundable.
Retail and Wholesale Seller Accounts
Upon listing a Seller item for sale on Finnalby.com or Finnalby's mobile apps, a $0.15 USD listing fee per item is required. However, items already listed on your Finnalby Market will not incur additional fees when listed on your Weavly website. Furthermore, listings exclusive to your Weavly website will not be charged listing fees. Note that listing fees are only charged when creating or renewing a listing on the Account side of Finnalby and are non-refundable, even if the item remains unsold. Finnalby.com listings expire after four months, while Weavly Website listings do not expire. For multiple quantities of the same item (e.g., bundles), the listing fee is $0.15 and will automatically renew at $0.15 after each item sells. These fees are deducted when the listing is published or renewed.
Retail and Wholesale Seller Auto-Renewals on Finnalby:
Finnalby's auto-renewals feature streamlines the listing process by automatically renewing your listings at the end of the four-month listing period. You will be charged a $0.15 listing fee for each auto-renewed listing, which will continue until your account is closed. Managing your listings has never been easier with Finnalby's standard auto-renewal feature.
Retail Seller Transaction Fees on Finnalby:
A 5.5% transaction fee will be applied to the displayed price for each listing, along with shipping and gift-wrapping costs, when selling through any Finnalby platforms for the Retail Accounts. Sales tax will not be subject to the transaction fee for any sales in the U.S. The same transaction fees apply to the total display price, including any additional personalization fees. The Taxes section below offers further information on whether applicable taxes must be included in your listing prices. Transaction fees are deducted from your current balance with each sale and are reflected in your Finnalby Ledger.
Wholesale Sellers
Finnalby charges a 12.5% Commission for all transactions.
Payment Processing Fees:
Finnalby charges payment processing fees for each transaction made through Finnalby Ledger. Fees may vary based on the location of your bank account.
Shipping Fees:
Finnalby enables Sellers in certain locations to purchase shipping labels to fulfill orders. The cost of the shipping label depends on the carrier, origin, destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Shipping fees and adjustments are reflected in your payment account.
Fee Avoidance:
Avoiding fees, such as purposely completing transactions outside of Finnalby, is strictly prohibited. Any encouragement to move a Buyer to complete a transaction that started on Finnalby to another venue is considered Fee Avoidance and is grounds for account termination.
Paying Finnalby Fees:
Finnalby automatically deducts fees from your Finnalby Ledger Account. You are responsible for paying any outstanding fees within 15 days of your monthly statement.
Finnalby Ledger:
Finnalby Ledger allows Sellers to accept various forms of payment, including credit or debit cards, gift cards, coupons, and certain bank transfer services.
Taxes:
You are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using and making sales through Finnalby's services. Finnalby calculates, collects, and remits retail sales tax on your behalf for orders shipped to customers in certain US locations.
Finnalby wholesale orders are tax-free by default. It is the responsibility of Wholesale Sellers to obtain any required tax exemption documents as required by law to support tax-free purchases.
Marketplace Reporting of Seller Information:
Finnalby reports your personal details and transaction details to relevant governmental authorities where legally required.
Finnalby Gift Cards, Credits & Coupons:
You may accept payment with Finnalby Gift Cards, Credits, and Coupons, which are subject to Finnalby's Gift Cards, Credits & Coupons Policy.
Finnalby Select Program
As a Wholesale Seller on Finnalby, you'll incur 0% commission on eligible Finnalby Select orders from Resellers, fulfilling any of the following criteria (each being a "Qualified Finnalby Select Order"):
- (a.) When a Retailer registers for Finnalby and establishes a valid new account using your Finnalby Select QR Code, Finnalby link or Finnalby Invitation Email;

(b.) If you provide acceptable documentation to substantiate a prior
relationship with the Retailer. The documentation should align with Finnalby's
policy of a paid invoice showing the reseller purchasing product from the
wholesale Seller within the previous 12 months, shipping to the address they
have listed on their current account, and receiving written approval from
Finnalby.

Advertising and Promotional Fees on Finnalby:
Finnalby offers services to help advertise and promote your market and listings, such as Finnalby Focus Ads Elite. For Finnalby Focus Elite Ads, fees are only incurred when Finnalby successfully drives a sale through advertising your listings, as outlined in greater detail below.
Under the Finnalby Focus Elite Ads program, Finnalby pays all of the upfront costs of advertising on these providers. If such advertising includes your listing, a Buyer clicks on it, and then orders from your market within 30 days of that click, you will be charged an advertising fee on these orders.
