Hate speech arises when hostile, insulting, derogatory, or belittling language is directed at an individual or group based on their one or more protected group attributes. Whether you're interacting with public features on Finnalby, such as listing items, using our Marketplace or Master Class University areas, and writing reviews, or engaging in direct communication with other Finnalby community members, such as Messages, discrimination and hate speech are not permitted. As a Wholesale Seller or Retail Seller on Finnalby, your market content, including market announcements and market policies, must not exhibit discriminatory behavior toward protected groups.
Examples of disallowed behavior on Finnalby consist of, but are not restricted to:
- Posts that endorse or glorify hate groups and their members
- Racial or religious slurs
- Directly or indirectly uttering derogatory or demeaning comments against protected groups
- Denial of service based on belonging to one or more protected groups
- Displaying intolerance or disrespect for another Member based on protected group attributes
- Implementing a shop policy that denies sales to Members of one or more protected groups

If you find a listing on Finnalby that you think violates our Prohibited Items Policy, including forbidden hate items, we encourage you to report the item using the Report this item link located at the bottom of each listing page. We have a prompt process in place for reviewing all submitted reports.
